The Government of Navarre is leading an international consortium that will develop an innovative media literacy programme for people over the age of 65 living in rural areas over the next two years. The European project, which involves specialised organisations such as the Constructive Journalism Institute, will design training tools in regions of Spain, Finland and Romania to strengthen the autonomy and critical thinking skills of this group in the face of disinformation.
